Here, young people can express their ideas and discuss issues that affect them\u2014while adults listen and take their perspectives to heart. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting spaces are based on methods similar to Youth2030&#8217;s &#8220;<em data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"513\">Hackathon&#8221;<\/em>  as well as experiences from Swedish sports clubs. Young people get to talk about their experience of sports, and the focus is on leveling the power balance between generations. <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"708\">What is the purpose of the evening?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"817\">Aimed at teenagers and adults in leadership roles (e.g., boards and employees) to build relationships and a sense of community<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"936\">Create a safe environment for young people to express their thoughts, share experiences, and influence issues related to their sport<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1010\">Strengthen young people&#8217;s self-confidence and demonstrate that their ideas are taken seriously<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1124\">The youth participate in planning and evaluation, ensuring that their perspectives permeate the meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1155\">How the evening is structured<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1209\">Welcome and mingling<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1276\">Introduction of purpose and format<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1352\">Group division with mixed ages, maintaining security through section affiliation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1416\">Playful team activities and cooperation exercises, e.g., a 3-event competition<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1436\">Shared meal<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1513\">Discussions in smaller groups about the association, sports participation, and future development<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1567\">Conclusion with free time, evaluation, and award ceremony<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1582\">Afterwards<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1644\">Compile the findings from the discussions and activities<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1684\">Send feedback to the participants<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1809\">Ensure that the board or those responsible follow up and provide feedback to the youth regarding which ideas are being pursued and why\/why not<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A meeting place for the association&#8217;s 13\u201318-year-olds as well as board members and employees.
