{"id":5062,"date":"2025-11-26T09:14:20","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T09:14:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/barnensidrott.nu\/en\/exercises\/team-pulse\/"},"modified":"2026-09-04T09:57:51","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T09:57:51","slug":"team-pulse","status":"publish","type":"ovningar","link":"https:\/\/barnensidrott.nu\/en\/exercises\/team-pulse\/","title":{"rendered":"Team Pulse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A regular survey or discussion where the young people can provide feedback on how they feel in the group and what would strengthen the sense of community.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How it works:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>For example, 3 times per term<\/li>\n<li>Use either a short digital survey or group discussions<\/li>\n<li>Ask questions such as: <em>&#8220;How do you feel in the group on a scale of 1\u20135?&#8221;, &#8220;Do you feel included?&#8221;, &#8220;What would make you feel even better?&#8221;, &#8220;What is the most enjoyable part of coming to training?&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Review the results together with the group<\/li>\n<li>Identify 2\u20133 concrete things you can prioritize working on. Ideally, two things that you already do well and should continue doing, as well as something that is less successful and that you want to dedicate more time to. <\/li>\n<li>If using a survey, ensure it is anonymous and that participation is voluntary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><em>Tip: Involve parents.
