It fosters a sense of community and ensures every child in the group is seen. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>How it works:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather the group in a circle, ideally once a month or whenever there is a need to highlight factors that strengthen the community.<\/li>\n<li>Each child is invited to say: <em>&#8220;What makes me happy during practice is&#8230;&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Conclude by asking: <em>&#8220;What can we do to ensure everyone feels included in the group?&#8221;<\/em> or <em>&#8220;Thank you for sharing. Based on what I have heard from you today, I think we should continue&#8230;&#8221;<\/em> (incorporate something that was mentioned).<\/li>\n<li>Listen to the children&#8217;s suggestions\u2014perhaps they want to play together more or have more group activities outside of regular practice?
