This provides you, as a leader, with valuable feedback and allows each child to have their voice heard. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather the group at the end of the training session.<\/li>\n<li>Go around in a circle and let each child mention one thing they enjoyed and would like to do again.<\/li>\n<li>Make a note of what the children say. Reinforce their feedback, for example, by saying <em>&#8220;If I understood correctly, many of you enjoyed sprinting and high jump, is that right?&#8221;<\/em>. <\/li>\n<li>Use the feedback for the next training session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p>One option could be to do a show of hands or an &#8216;ostrich vote&#8217;, where all the children close their eyes or look down and raise their hand to avoid peer pressure.
