Together, they work to develop Swedish sport through popular education, training, and a strong democratic club movement. This is the core of sport\u2019s popular education: learning through dialogue, sharing experiences, and reflection. Therefore, your work with exercises, discussion questions, and shared conversations can be reported as popular education activities to RF-SISU.  <\/p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"104\">This provides you\/the club with:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Support in the club&#8217;s development<\/strong><br>RF-SISU provides support, guidance, and tools that help the club develop its operations, leadership, and culture in a long-term and sustainable manner.<br><br><\/li><li><strong>Stronger democracy and participation<\/strong><br>Popular education is based on dialogue and reflection.
