What we want to influence in our sports activities includes the opportunity to choose how much one wants to train. We also want it to be easier to combine different sports through cooperation between associations. At the same time, we want there to be a greater understanding that recovery is important.

To strengthen team spirit, we would also like to do things together off the field, for example, have a team party, go swimming, or watch a match together.
