A sport where every voice counts. The democratic project at IFK Umeå has worked for three years to strengthen children’s and young people’s influence within sport. Here you will find easy-to-use and practical materials for increased participation—developed together with children, young people, and adults and based on research and proven experience. The materials are support—not a definitive answer.
