Individual Development Plans

16–18 år

Athletes create their own development plans together with their coach.

How it works:

  • One-on-one conversations between athlete and coach, ongoing throughout the season
  • The athlete identifies: realistic goals (short and long term), strengths, and areas for development
  • Together, you create a plan based on: specific training elements, tactical goals, life situation, and long-term perspective
  • Monthly follow-up: “How is it going? Is there anything we should adjust?”
  • The athlete owns their development and the coach provides support
