- Establish clear criteria for your team, such as attendance, training participation, and conduct towards each other.
- Address specific questions, for example, participation in training versus matches: should we train once a week with the team to be eligible to play matches, or should everyone be called up, but the amount of training can affect match time, etc.
- Open up for the group’s opinions and ideas.
- Test and follow up during the season.
