Give the team/group a tactical problem to solve together. This trains them to be involved and reflect on good examples from previous actions they have participated in or what could be a good solution.
How it works:
- Ask a question: “We want to score goals and have many players touch the ball on the way. How can we approach this?”
- Divide into small groups to discuss for 5-10 minutes
- The groups present their solutions
- Test the solutions in training: “Let’s try Emma’s suggestion – we’ll try to move to be available for passes and find ways to cooperate.”
- Evaluate: “Did it work? What was good? What can we adjust?”
