To have an impact within a sports club, children, young people, and those unfamiliar with club operations need to understand their context and how the club functions. Sometimes it can feel like one needs to be an expert to understand the club’s statutes, policy documents, values, crisis management plan, and more.
Together with the club’s members, both children and adults, IFK Umeå developed these documents in easy-to-read versions. Please feel free to use the material and create something similar in your club; it will be appreciated by many!
